Welcome to Happy Purrs Cat Care
We provide a dedicated cat sitting service to Solihull, Shirley, Olton, Yardley, Sheldon and surrounding areas of Birmingham.
Now into our 13th year, we have experience of caring for 100's of cats, from Ferals to Pedigrees, all cats are catered for and most importantly, treated with the same amount of love and affection.
Happy Purrs is run by myself, Sue and I occasionally have a little help from my daughter, Emily. We are both fully insured, police checked and hold certificates in Cat First Aid. We are also able to administer medication, asthmatic inhalers and insulin injections.
We simply adore cats and it is our aim to care for and spoil your cats, as we do our own.
Cats are creatures of habit, they like routine and become very attached to their homes and of course their owners. It can become very stressful for you both when you have to go away and they may have to go to the cattery or are left with a neighbour, who simply 'feeds the cat'.
This is where Happy Purrs can help!
Simply let us know your cat’s requirements and we will provide a first class service to cater for it's every need. We will visit your cat as often as you wish, providing fresh food and water, cleaning the litter tray and most importantly giving lots of TLC and playtime. We are more than happy to message you after each visit/daily, to give you complete peace of mind. You are of course welcome to contact us, day or night for an update on your cats well-being.
Of course your cat will still miss you but we will ensure that while you are away, your cat will continue to enjoy their normal daily routine, in the luxury of their own home.
Cats have a great intuition about people which is why we offer an initial visit where we come and meet you and your wonderful cats, to see if they feel calm and safe around us. Only then, if you are happy, will we book your cats in for care.
We are also able to take care of any small animals that you may have i.e. rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils etc. and feed the fish.
Whilst caring for your pets we will also move post, open/close curtains, water houseplants and turn lights on/off.
